Here are some of their Nine Month pictures. They won't technically be nine months until Tuesday, but I know I'll be too worn out to worry about getting their picture then!

I can't believe how long their legs are now! I think back to when they barely took up any room in the chair! They also didn't wiggle out of it!! :)

Will's face here made me laugh!
Nice sticker- let me crunch it!

I can't believe we only have THREE more stickers!! Where has the time gone?!?!?!
And they were DONE!
Both the boys gained TWO bottom teeth this month! I have tried over and over to get a picture of their teeth, but they have been punks about it. They look very cute with them though! :)
We had a check-up at the doctor's the other day and the boys are doing great! They are meeting all their milestones, even for their TRUE age. We are so grateful for that! Jack is up to a chunky 17 1/2 lbs and Will is 16. I don't know if Will is ever going to catch up because he NEVER stops moving!!!!!! Jack is so laid back and Will is... let's just say I am anticipating LOTS of phone calls from teachers in the future! Ha! They are both so funny and make us laugh constantly! We don't go back to the doctor until they are ONE! Crazy!!!! Can't believe that will be here so soon!
We are continuing to introduce more solids into the boys' diets. We just started "puffs" this month. The boys are learning to pick them up and put them in their mouths. They look like such big boys when they eat like this! Jason and I almost cried the first time they did it! I am so excited for them to eat finger foods! I know it won't be long. They are still drinking tons of formula and breaking us financially, but they'll be on whole milk before we know it. Milk isn't cheap, but a heck of a lot cheaper than formula!!
Jason and I both love to play Fantasy Football. Not to brag, but I have a pretty good record. In my school league, I've won twice, and got second last year. It's pretty awesome to whoop up on all the guys I work with! They don't like it too much, but they keep inviting me back! I also got second in our "friend" league last year. Yesterday we attempted to do our draft at the Fox and the Hound, but there was a little mix-up in the scheduling. We are re-doing the draft today, but we still hung out at the Fox for a little while and had some food. The boys came for awhile. They weren't into having their picture taken at that moment, but we tried!

I found Will's shirt at Goodwill. Unfortunately there weren't two, so Jack represented the Panthers with his DeAngelo Williams jersey. They have no option whether to like football! Can't wait for this weekend and college football kick-off! The Niners will have their inaugural game next Saturday and we are SO excited!! I will definitely have lots of pictures from that! It will probably warrant it's own blog posting!!
Jack and Nana before we left! She doesn't like the boys at all!
The boys learned lots of new tricks this month! They are both completely mobile now and Will has learned to pull up on things! Scary!! So, we did A LOT of baby proofing this month!
New gate at the top of the stairs. Really sucks when you're trying to get downstairs at 3 am lol.
Big gate in the playroom- formerly our dining room! Our house has been invaded by children!! Oh well, I wouldn't change it for the world!
Starting to pull up!

Put Will down for his nap, came back with Jack... to THIS!! Standing up and super proud!! The mattress promptly was lowered!
Will pulled up on their "cage," as Jason likes to call it! It keeps the crazies corralled! Love seeing that little baby booty! :)
Playtime:
This kid is so happy!
Love going in to get the boys each morning! I'm not really a morning person, but these little fellas just light up my life and I can't help but smile at them! :)It's super sweet when Jason and I can hear them in there "talking" to each other!

...and this is why the cage was necessary. I took two minutes to go to the bathroom and came back to Will under the table!
Another reason- Will crawled under his brother to get to the computer cords! The child LOVES cords and doesn't forget where they are!
We started bathing the boys in the big tub together now. They seem to like it and enjoy playing with the toys. Of course, Will pulls up constantly in the tub, so poor Jack gets a lot of butt views.
They didn't want to stop playing for me to take a picture.
Little monkeys- looks like Will is picking Jack's fleas :)
Will standing up. Funny perspective makes his legs look tiny!
The boys are definitely aware of one another and have started to interact a lot more this month. They have "conversations" and of course, wrestle. Will is quite a bully!
Pinned him!
Yeah, I am a bully. What? Say something!
Spending time at Nana and Papa's:

I wonder what happens if I put my foot up here...
Will learned to crawl UNDER the coffee table. Looks like Nana and Papa will be babyproofing too!
Hamming it up! Sink baths at Nana and Papa's:

Lunch in Birkdale with the family:
Jack looks thrilled...August was unusually mild this year, so Jason and I took advantage one day and took the boys to the park. Our town has an awesome park that is on the lake and actually still has swings- hard to find these days! We got some great shots of the boys!
Twin swing! Not really, but it worked! :)
Having a bottle by the lake.

Doing a little driving in Harris Teeter. Jack took his job VERY seriously! Future racecar driver????
Tie Wednesdays:
They were NOT cooperative this particular morning!

Guest appearance from Izzy.
Guest appearance from the originator of Tie Wednesday- Jason!
Discovery Channel had Shark Week this month, so we had to do our own version. My middle school team are the Sharks too- so it worked great all around!

Jack in his modeling pose (arms crossed). He does this a lot!

Will's close-up of his silly smile!

I think the flash hurt this shark's eyes!
My mother-in-law and I have started a small embroidery business in recent weeks. She has the machines and all the expertise. I am learning! It's a lot of fun and something I hope it does well! The boys had no choice but to hang out with us and sew! They are also staying with her again once I go back to school. We are SO blessed to have her! I really don't know what we would do without her!
The boys somehow managed to OPEN a drawer and get out this ribbon! They had a blast playing with it!
One of the main things we want to do is donate onesies to the local NICU's for when babies "graduate." I know I would have LOVED this for the boys! :) It's one way for us to give back and boost the moral of NICU parents. Here are the designs we came up with for the onesies. We are still in the process of getting them to the hospitals. I'm a little busy with school starting, but hopefully soon we'll get that going!

The boys attended their first birthday party this month. Their friend, Kenley turned one! They were having quite the conversation here with her about how awesome her party was!
Jack made the moves on Kenley and even got a couple of kisses.... I'm not ready for all this! At least we like the family! :)
The boys still love their bouncy chairs, and sometimes even pass out in them!
Redneck baby eating without his shirt on- Will had spewed on him! I will miss the days of us all staying in our PJ's until noon!

My cousin, Suzan, and Aunt Steph came down to visit in August from Illinois. We had a blast with them at IKEA and the mall!
Having a snack at IKEA!
We borrowed some IKEA toys!
Too much shopping for Jack!
Jack shopped so much he turned into an octopus!
Suzan with Jack and Will. Not sure why Jack looks so grumpy!
I'm going to have massive biceps after lifting these two babies and all their paraphernalia!
Will HAD a cute outfit on earlier in the day... he managed to ruin it, which is why he's in the backup onesie.
The boys with Steph and Suzan. We went to visit Jason at work this month too. All his work friends were excited to see the boys! Jack was excited to play in the candy bowl!
The boys spent a little more quality time with their girlfriends this month. The girls' mom, Jen, teaches with my mom, which is how I know her. They had a second grade meeting at school, so I came and brought the boys and watched all four babies. VERY glad I don't have quads, but they all behaved themselves quite well!

Will- up to no good!
Double date!
Sweet babies!! We went out to lunch the other day on our teacher workday to a Chinese restaurant. As usual, we got fortune cookies at the end. They were passed out at our table of nine and I said, oh look, we got two cookies. Nope, just me! Ahhh-- I guess I'm destined to have things in twos!

Until next time!!!
